Jorge Perez and Related Group are proposing to build two arquitectonica-designed 49-story condominium towers called Brickell Heights at 850 South Miami Avenue. Construction is expected to begin next year, and a third, taller tower could be added across the street later.

Plans for the first two towers call for a total of 690 residential units and approximately 85,000 square feet of retail space. The towers will range in height between 529 and 549 feet. A parking garage will be adorned by a mural created by artist Fabian Bruno. The property sits between Mary Brickell Village and Brickell CityCentre.

New renderings of the 18-story Faena House tower, four exclusive to The Huffington Post, reveal even more details of the jaw-dropping residential centerpiece of four blocks that will eventually be known as Faena District Miami Beach. Underway on the waterfront at 3201 Collins Avenue, Faena House is designed by architects Foster and Partners to resemble “a towering ship at sea”, if that ship passed out in a really nice bed, dreaming of maximum amounts of light and space.

Miami-based developer Terra Group expects to break June 5 on its Grove at Grand Bay condominium project in Coconut Grove, which will feature two 20-story glass and steel towers, twisting floor to floor and showcasing its bayfront views.
The low-density project, designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, will emphasize green space and comprise just 98 units, with prices starting at $3 million. The condos at 2675 South Bayshore Drive will boast floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening to 12-foot high balconies stretching 12 feet deep. Raymond Jungles is in charge of lush landscaping plans.

The fancy condo will feature a polyglot butler, an on-site chef, a pet spa (plus separate his-and-her spas for their owners), a gym and four pools.
